Oil City Press Ltd. offers a secure web‐based Customer Portal (Storefront) through which authorized users may place orders. Your Customer Portal can include detailed catalogues of frequently ordered items and may also include online user‐editable templates for items such as business cards, stationery and more. Custom files may also be uploaded via your Customer Portal for review and processing.
For more complex projects, catalogues may include downloadable templates for offline editing in native applications (i.e. Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.). Your Customer Portal is accessible through any browser with internet connectivity.
Users of your Customer Portal may be given various privileges based on their “clearance”. If required, orders may also be held for review by authorized personnel before being processed.
The interface is clean and easy to navigate, with immediate feedback and online proofing available during the ordering process. Notification of incoming orders are sent to Oil City Press Ltd. staff via email and are tracked via our Customer Portal Message Centre.
The Oil City Press Ltd. Customer Portal also includes a personalized File Transfer Service which enables users to upload large files (those that exceed email attachment limitations). This feature is very useful for sending custom project files and for sending revised files on existing projects.
